Pear and Cranberry Bellini
45 ml (1 1/2 oz) pear nectar or pear puree
45 ml (1 1/2 oz) cranberry juice
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, with ice, combine pear nectar and cranberry juice. Shake well to chill. Pour into a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
