Broad Street Wines has opened its doors at 30 South Broad Street in Brevard.

The business celebrated with a ribbon cutting and refreshments on Monday, Oct. 17, with city officials and representatives of the Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce.

The owners are Connie and Chuck Edmands, and her son, Ryan Honke, assists them.

“Our goal is to offer a variety of quality products from around the world for every taste and budget,” said Connie Edmands.

“Our wines range from well-known domestic wines from California, Washington, Oregon, etc ., to lesser-known wines from South America, Spain, France and Italy, and other great wine producing regions,” she said.

The store also sells a variety of fine cigars.

“Additionally, we will be offering wine tastings and classes to assist our guests in becoming more familiar with our wines. We are very excited to be part of the Brevard community, and hope to see you soon,” she said.
